With its timeless beauty and versatile spaces, Villa Talon is the ideal location for elegant and formal events – weddings and other ceremonies, gala banquets and events attended by hundreds of people: trade fairs, festivals, meetings, conferences, expositions, launches of new products, fashion shows. Inside the Villa, the luminous, frescoes halls can comfortably hold up to 500 people for a buffet, a coffee break or a cocktail party, and up to 250 people seated at tables. Outdoors, the park of over 25 acres can accommodate events of any size, with no limit on the number of participants. Villa Talon is open from April to July and from September of mid-October. It is located at Volta Reno in Argelato, just 23 km from Bologna.

The rooms in the mansion at Villa Talon are large and numerous, offering couples a choice of rooms in which to hold the buffet or select a hall for the bridal banquet, the cutting of the cake, a table for the display and distribution of wedding favours and the candied almonds that are traditional at Italian weddings. The park lends itself to weddings and ceremonies with large numbers of guests, and is the perfect setting for those who wish to celebrate the wedding out of doors.

Location for culturalevents and exhibitions
Villa Talon is the ideal location for organizing cultural events of all kinds, both private and public, like art exhibitions, book presentations, fashion shows and other elegant and formal events. The Prato Serraglio lawn, along the front of the Villa, is more than 60,000 sq. ft. larger than Piazza Maggiore in Bologna. It can accommodate exhibitions and events of every kind.

The diversity of the indoor and outdoor spaces allows the organizers to adapt the event on the basis of the number of participants and activities planned, whether they are gala banquets, seminars, training courses, press conferences, networking events. The vast park is ideal for very large events like trade fairs and exhibitions of vehicles and equipment, tractors, antique cars and racing motorcycles.

Parking at the Villa is free and out of doors, in a vast area near the mansion but concealed behind a high hedge. It can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Family Friendly
Villa Talon is deep in the Bologna countryside, a delightful place to celebrate christenings, confirmations and weddings, where the kiddies can romp on the inviting lawns and play hide and seek in the secret corners of the woodlands that surround the estate.
Pet Friendly
Pets are welcome if the owners ensure that they will not disturb the other guests or damage the property, acting in respect of the provisions of the regional laws on the subject (Regional Law no. 5/2005 and its subsequent amendments and additions).
Free WIFI
The Villa’s wi-fi network is free for all clients and their guests. On the day of the event, we’ll communicate the passwords for access to log in.
Lights, audio, video
For the day of the event, it is possible to provide particular lighting effects and an audiovisual service (on request).
